2010 G37 Convertible questions!

Hi there guys, first post here, from sunny Sarasota, Florida! Really nice to meet you guys! I just yesterday purchased a 2010 Infiniti G37 Convertible. It has 40k miles and was always serviced at the local Infiniti dealership here. Anyways- I have a few questions. First, for some reason, even being a florida car with only 40k miles, the drivers seat was extremely worn. I work in the auto industry so I had my leather/vinyl guy come by and he did a really good job fixing this wearing, but because of the heated/cooled seats it will always look pretty terrible. I've been looking for a seat but it's been quite hard considering its the convertible. If anyone knows any sellers besides the Infiniti dealer that would be awesome! The next question is my dash board!! WHAT THE HECK! Its cracking and getting sticky just like the issue with Lexus. Is there any type of recall for this or is there any way of getting Infiniti to cover this? If not, how hard of a job is it to replace the dash and does it have to be a "g37 convertible" dash? Next, I really like the 2012 model front bumper cover, if replaced would it match up or would the headlights and all have to be changed as well? Again, thanks so much guys and really nice to meet you all! *Quick edit, I think what I mean is can I get rid of this ugly looking regular g37 bumper and replace it with a g37s front bumper. As I do more research that's what its seeming to be.

Welcome to the forum.

Seems like you're having some issues you shouldn't be having. Some images would go a long way with seeing how bad the leather is and the crack.

The seats are going to be hard to find because of the 'verts headrests. Also, if you have the light colored seats, it's going to be even harder. Red, almost impossible

I haven't seen any cracked dashboars or them becoming sticky. Might be a symptom of it being in Florida with the top always down?? I have no clue. Good thing is that the dashes are the same. It's once you hit the doors that things start to change.

Front bumpers can be swapped with any G37 coupe. As for fog lights, you might have to change to the slim washer tank to fit them in.

Good luck!!

I have the same issues with my dash and drivers seat. I have found several seats in Houston and Dallas areas so I am purchasing one of them. They range from $190 to $529. I'm curious on how you resolved the dash issue....replacement or recover? Please give contact details on this...
