roof problems

Hello!
I have problems with my roof.
The roof doesnt open. We connect the diagnostic tool, error B1763.
Does anybody has the same problels?

I just got it.

Burien Nissan got the roof back up, but they suggested Infiniti dealer for more diagnosis.
