Door locks itsmslf and I can't get out

I just got my convertible and when I put the top up and go to get out the locks start rapidly locking and unlocking and i have to wait or have someone open from outside. ...what's going on

That is terrible! That would really ruin a very nice ride, I would take it to an Infiniti dealership immediately.
