Ride quality g37s

Took g37s out for 1.5 hr test drive live in northeast so many roads this time of year quite bumpy. Ride on many of these roads was harsh. My back was sore after ride! Checked pressure on 19" tires was at 35. Anyone else have similar thoughts on driving this car on less than smooth roads ? Is there a break in period ?

No, that's about right. The S has a very stiff suspension. Test drive a non S ans see the difference.

Stiff on stock? Maybe I'm made of steel. I think it's smooth but would be better stiffer IMO.

The problem isn't the car, it's rough US roads. No fun driving even somewhat stiff suspension cars on most US roads... One of the reasons I love going on trips to Europe is the chance to drive on some really smooth roads - the difference is tremendous.

I have the same complaint and I have a non S version. I did test drive a S and the ride was about the same, but the seat was narrower with greater leg support.

I wish I could swap out the suspension from a lexus sc and put it in this vehicle. The differences huge.

I don't think it's the ride...it's the seats. They are the worst I've ever had.

I had an RSX before and this is a much smoother ride! So I can't really complain. I love the seats too... but yes the roads can get bumpy and ride quality may not be all that great.

Roads in Canada are the worst and pot hole season is here.... ughh

37S has a sporty, stuff ride.
I agree maybe try a non-S.
Lexus SC rolls all over the road in the turns
