i know this may sound like a dumb question but what are grounding kits for? and what do they do?

Got a set from Black betty's. I'd recommend them too especially for auto tranny, notice the shifting was much smoother.

I'd recommend them as well. Like stated earlier ESPECIALLY if you have an AT.

I personally put them on, drove, took them off, drove and put them on and yes there is a difference when the gears changes. That was the most noticable difference...
