So i installed the one touch top up/down... putting the down is fine but it won't go all the way up. It stops before the trunk lid closes so the roof is closed but the trunk is half way closed. any ideas?

Can you time how long it moves before it stops?

Any issues in the past with raising the top up all the way?

Probably need to reset the top. I believe you just need to cycle it with the button on your door holding it down for one down cycle and one up cycle and this will rest the end points.

I haven't checked the times before it stops but I believe there was an issue in the past where the top didn't go up all the way and it actually froze. HOWEVER, my mom drove it with the top completely closed. I know because she came back and told me the car was beeping at her. So i don't really think it was the car issue, just a mom issue. And does the top go up with the door button? I know it goes down but i can't get it to go back up with the door button. just beeps.

Sorry - no auto up with the door button, just down.

Just curious is this your car or your mom's car?

The module should have an output for 30 seconds - so if the roof is stopping early it may be possible that the roof is having issues. Do you ever have issues with the top going all the way back up when holding the button?

No, I've never had any problems with the roof going down all way while holding the button.
