Also, people were asking early on if they could put the new fogs in their cars and the answer here should be yes, with some finagling ofcourse. Obviously if they fit on this G, then they either had to come up with a new design for the washer fluid container or, some kind of kit to relocate it because there is NO WAY that for a simple facelift!
One thing you may not have considered--- this new nose may "stick out" more than the current one, so maybe there's room to install foglights without having to worry about the close proximity of the windshield washer reservoir. It's tough to tell by the pics along, but since this new nose is more of a "beak" compared to the flatter nose we have now, I could easily see them having more room for the lights in the lower housings.

This is definitely something that I didn't really consider and a good observation. However, if you look at the last two pics he posted, the foglights are even (pushed into the bumper) with the headlights. Also, you can see that where the foglights are is right where they would be, depth wise, if you installed them on your own car with an S-bumper. There really isn't a whole lot of room behind them even though, as you correctly noted, the bumper is definitely more beak-like and protruding as opposed to the current bumper... I guess we'll just have to wait and see in a couple days what comes from the Pebble Beach show/announcement
Yeah I LOVE the wheels, kind of like a HRE p40 with a twist. Makes the car look much more unique/high end IMO. I wonder if Infiniti will sell them? Then again, we aren't really sure what this car is yet.

On my car, it seems that the fake vents are actually set in deeper than the headlights, not really even with them. But like I said, it's difficult to tell from these pictures. It does make sense that the designers would simply move the fascia forward a bit to allow for foglight clearance, especially since they were redesigning the nose anyway.
You came through. I'm gonna go ahead and say that this is the 2011 G with the aero kit and upgraded wheels. I doubt very highly that this is what they are revealing on Friday. Nice find nonetheless.
Thanks for posting these MarkM! It's the 2011 for sure. Like the new wheels (especially on dark colored Gs), fog lights and smoked headlights! Not so much the bumpers.
