and just b/c it has a "turbo" it isn't supposed to be an STi or Evo competitor. Look at the Audi A4's .... a 4-cylinder turbo stock wont be faster than our G37 sedans. Nor will a G25 turbo from the factory have better performance #'s than a G37 VQ

Forget the turbo. Infiniti is introducing a performance line at Pebble Beach. What more do you want?

If Infinti remodels the G in 2010 and I think they will, the 2011 G25's value is going to drop significantly making it a pretty nice buy.

The G25 is RWD just like the G35 and G37 sedans. It's esentially the same car except with a downsized 2.5L VQ V6 engine. Riverside Infiniti says it will have leather as an option, but leather won't be standard like it is in the G37 to help keep the base price down.

It is a good alternative to Nissan cars with FWD and CVT. They have horrible torque steering and the CVT is sooo boring IMO.

If thats the case.. I should have waited for the 25.

G25 S 6mt would be so nice. having min HP wouldnt matter to me anyways and getting it for under est 25k range.

^ I'm pretty sure you won't be able to get a G25 in the $25k range. The G25 will most likely start at $29k with the base model, which will be more rare than a Tesla. After negotiations and rebates it will be possible to get one under $30k, which is still a pretty sweet deal to me.

sorry, didn't mean to be a Debbie Downer :-(

Hopefully when my wife's lease is up on her Altima next summer we can look at a G25x as her replacement. Ever since I got my new '10 7AT she's been wanting to trade cars. Man I sure do miss having my 6MT which she never wanted to drive...
