Stillen Crankshaft Pulley

The people who say go for it are the people with it installed if you haven't noticed. Follow the fsm on how to torque the bolt and you will be fine.
I put engine assembly lube on the inside of the crank pulley where it slides over the crank to ease it on, I then cleaned off the old bolt (technically supposed to use a new one as it's a stretch to torque style) and tightened it in slowly as to make sure the crank pulley seated correctly. Then you torque it to a certain lb ft of torque and after that you give it 1/4 turn more torque. You will need a 4-5 foot breaker bar fyi. Just find the fsm for the crank pulley and it tells you what to do.

I don't know why anyone would swear by it. It is a very subtle upgrade. I noticed it when I first installed it, but I would be very hard pressed to tell the difference now. If you have done everything else first or need a new belt, maybe consider it. But don't put it at the top of your mod list. I needed a new belt and replaced it then.
