HKS Hi Power Exhaust Fitment Problem

Today, I finally install the HKS Hi Power Exhaust on my G37 Coupe. However, there's a fitment problem of the brace between the sub resonators hitting the drive shaft. It may be defective as the brace should have be mounted lower. I hope other members here would beware of the issue if they decide to get this exhaust and make sure they don't have the defective ones.

Now... my shop probably have to fabricate the parts and hopefully everything else works out.

HKS reduced the price to like $1100ish. I heard price was closer to $2K end before. Guessing they moved manufacturing to China or something. I've read a few claims of bad fitment this year when I was researching exhausts.
