Engine Swap and P102B/P010C

After doing an engine swap on my 2010 G37 I am getting a P102 and P010C code indicating low or no voltage from my MAFs. On my scanner when I read the data stream it shows a constant 0.00 Volts for both banks. I have 4.5 volts on the red wire and 0.7 volts on the yellow at the harness. The ground to both MAFs rings out as a good connection as well.

My alternator is also only cycling some of the time when I run the car.

any thoughts?
