Blown Headgasket

Victim is a 2010 g37s with 34,100 miles.
Posting this to see all thoughts of what this issue can be before I tear into the engine .

It was having some issues running lean. The fuel tank had E85 while throwing codes .Come to find out the flex fuel kit stop responding with the bcm.It was running on the factory default fuel map.

As you can see I now have oil in my coolant system

As you can see thier is still no coolant on oil dipstick.I run redline thats while its a bit clear.

Anyone else what to take a guess on another possible issue besides a headgasket?
The car still is running fine with no misfires now that I'm back on gas but for people that say it's ok to accidentally run e85 for one tank and go back I have to say not a good idea. Better off emptying out the tank. Yes it was running rough on e85 when it wasn't communicating with the bcm but I thought it was due to me disconnected the battery for a while and the mafs where still adjusting.
Thoughts?

Maybe it is from cap. Last time, I saw blown gasket it was mixed up with antifreeze (caramel color), not a few droplets of oil in radiator.

When you blow a head gasket, don’t you just get coolant in oil? I didn’t know you also get oil in coolant.

You are making an awful large jump in concluding the head gasket is blown. Is there a sweet smell in the exhaust? Are you losing coolant? Is it overheating? Does the coolant "gurgle" if you start the car with the cap off?

My guess is the answer to all of those is no. And that would mean you don't have a head gasket issue.

Yes you are correct, the answer to all those questions is a no. I guess I was looking for a best case scenario. Worst thing I was thinking would be a cracked block. Was hoping someone else had some ideas on how oil would get into the coolant system. Will be running a compression test this weekend either way.

Send an oil sample to Blackstone and you will know for sure if there is coolant in the oil: https://www.blackstone-labs.com/

question, having a similar issue sort of, valve cover gasket is new and not leaking and no oil or coolant contamination in either but im getting a misfire in a cylinder that was never there and when checking i found coolant in the spark plug silo but it seems to be coming from the cylinder. Head gasket?

Check the small coolant hoses that go to the two (2) throttle bodies. These have been known to develop small leaks which causes coolant to pool in the spark plug well(s).

Coolant would not be able to seep "up" past the spark plug threads to accumulate in the well. I am sure your head gasket is fine.
