Just started with my first inspection (spark plugs) with my recently bought used G37X. My spark plugs look to be in good condition to me, I need a second pair of eyes to verify?

I noticed the gaps were below 0.040, where it should be 0.043. I would guess that the gap would go wider as time goes by; not the other way around...
