Hello i want to buy spark plugs and ignition coils for my g37.

How many spark plugs does it have and how many coils does it have and how much should i get?

My engine has been hesitating with low rpms so i want to start off with those .

I strongly suggest you write a check to someone who knows what they are doing!

 

And I doubt spark plugs or coils are the problem.

Either one is possible depending on mileage/condition.

 

I think dirty MAF is much more likely as the problem. If the plugs have more than 100,000 miles, then maybe them.
