Help please - Transmission issue?

Rattle/shake sound coming from under the car for about 6 months now. I’ve had the cats replaced which were rattling before, but it’s still clicking/rattling. From what sounds like the transmission. Whenever I am stopped, or on a hill at a very low speed I can hear it. Another thing I noticed. When I let off the gas in (3rd or 4th gear) I can feel the car almost jolt back as if it was having a tough time disengaging. The most annoying thing is the sound/shake I can feel at my feet and in my seat when I’m sitting at a stop light. It’s not very loud and it’s not a violent shake but it’s clearly an issue and it keeps getting worse, it’s getting pretty bad guys, no one seems to believe me but I know my car and I know it’s bad.

Right now I’m sitting in my car in drive and I can feel it/hear it. When I’m in park, reverse, or neutral I don’t hear it, even when revving, nothing. It’s ONLY in drive.

ive had my TCM reprogrammed. I am CERTAIN it is something mechanical (maybe torque converter?) but am not sure. Does anyone have any sort of idea of what this may be? Car has 93k miles.

dealer has no idea as usual. Here’s a couple clips of the sound (I gave it some gas in the second (with the brake also engaged) and you can hear it better, it’s more pronounced:

Possible major transmission issue... not sure, someone please help me out.

Update. It’s just as bad in reverse lol.
I have changed every possible fluid, and done everything I possibly can besides replacing major parts (other than the cats, I replaced those)

here’s it in reverse: https://youtu.be/BajmX5JkLKw

mind you, in every video, the car is in either drive or reverse with either the brake applied (all the to the floor, so no, it’s not the brakes slipping) or it’s on a hill in drive, with no brake applied.
