2010 G37 Coupe. Ticking/Clicking noise

2010 G37x coupe 7AT. So the car was due for an oil change. I noticed there wasn't a lot of oil in the car as I was doing the change. The light for the oil had not come on at all on the dash prior to changing the oil. After i finished and started the car up i noticed it started to make this ticking/rapid clicking noise when I accelerate towards the 2-3k RPM's and also when I let off the gas as well. It doesn't matter which mode I drive it in it still ticks/clicks. The noise sounds like its coming from the engine. More towards the back, closer to the driver side. Any ideas?? big thanks in advanced.

posting this just to see if the noise your hearing is like this. If it is, then it’s your cats.

It sounds pretty similar. this is what I hear from the inside. I'll definitely look into the Cat first thing in the morning.

Sadly those weren’t my exact symptoms. I was getting rattling at idle and on decel, I knew my cats were on their way out for the longest time. Definitely check them out though

Check battery tie down. If you recently replaced it thse tie down might need to be readjusted
