with the hole in the system you will probably get a CEL at some point when the system does a check, maybe after 500-1000miles/kms or something..probably gonna be a P4XX code, it may cause a lean condtion if the system tries to compensate...for the unmetered air entering post MAF
You can delete the PCV system (go catchcan/open or closed loop etc...) but you can also just bridge that connection (the little box is just a resonator) with some standard PCV hose to reseal the system...or you can put up a WTB in the classifieds I'm sure lots of ppl have oems lying around
Total cost: $0.65
Seems to be holding up for now. Will keep an eye on it and report back after some more miles.
May end up going back to OEM if I feel it necessary.

Thanks all for the help!
Wheres the house from the other side plugin? That hose from otherside is to help equalize pressure between the two banks.
Edit looks like VHR has separate pcv systems vs single on my HR sedan. Carry on. Good fix.
There were only 2 hoses:
1 from rocker cover to the resonator
1 from resonator to Intake
Both are still intact, never removed.
You talking about a different hose?
From what I see your little box that broke has two openings?
On my HR I have 3. One to valve cover one to intake pipe and one that has a long hose connected to the other side intake pipe. Looks like a different setup from HR to VHR. that's why I initially said a T fitting.

The HR has only one pcv system so that third is to equalize pressure between the two. Since you have two pcv valves you dont need a hose connecting the two banks.
Did this work. Having the same issue on my Infiniti and need help. Thanks
