Is shooting flames bad for the motor

I’ll be installing test pipes and tuning my car with admin tuning. My question is should I ask for a no flame tune or just say fxxk it. I know shooting flames in a turbo car is bad, but I have no clue when it comes to N/A. If anyone can shine some light for me that would be amazing.

All that excess fuel could cause faster ring wear but it'll for sure kill the catalytic convertors.

Having recently been tuned by SOHO and testing out my flame map, you may want to have it as an option. It is quite addicting/amazing. I have 5 maps available.
