Paddle shifters

I purchased and installed paddle shifters from a g37s on my 2012 g37x sedan. The shifters work great but I'm unable to put the bottom steering wheel trim back. Do I need to get different trim? The few videos I saw on YouTube didn't mention it. Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to use excess force. Thanks

yes you need the trim pieces that fit the paddles, check ebay and make sure you get the ones that work with your steering column (i.e power or manual)

Thanks for the response! I could only find one on Amazon that was only manual without auto. So can I order one from a g37s part out? Will that fit? Or anyway I can cut and rig the plastic shroud?

one from an S should fit but it still needs form an electronically adjustable column, you may want to keep looking though they come up quite often, if you get one for a manually adjustable column its actually a different shape in a few places

Found an electronic one on OfferUp. I'm assuming mine is electronic as I have the steering tilt control. Will order today. Thanks for the help!
