Why are paddle shifters cheaper from the dealership than ebay?

not sure if im reading this right but are these not the paddle shifters for out car? why are they cheaper brand new from the dealership while im seeing all these people selling theirs on ebay for $230+?

?? The link is for only the paddles, and not the column or the hardware, Total would be about $300
