It’s possible my dealership was wrong.

But, that line just states unlimited claims, there might be separate verbiage on how the warranty works on replaced parts.

I looked through my booklet and didn't find anything about repeated failure of the same component. I sent out an email to the service writer i've been dealing with at the local dealer for some time, we'll see what the response is.

Yeup, my complete subframe was replaced under the Elite warranty, this was done at the same time they replaced the rear timing cover gasket.
