Hello, 2009 g37x with 127k miles. Oil changes every 3k for the past 3 years. Music was off today, noticed my engine was sounding a little off. I know I have high mileage, so I do not expect it to sound perfect, just want to make sure nothing sounds bad. Seems to sound louder and as if the engine is cold.

Recently replaced fuel damper, ac compressor, and tensioner. Changed oil and cleaned throttle bodies 1 month ago. Reason why this concerns me is because if my rough idle. Seat and steering wheel vibrates at idle only in drive, not in park. Not terrible or audible but,doesn't feel right. I have always had rough idle but it was occasional. Now it is every time I am stopped. I do hear a similar vibration when I am standing outside the car by the left exhaust tip.

Before, my rpms would idle and 600ish and would not be rough, but now it drops to 550 and vibrates. Strange. When I brake, idle settlers at 6, then drops to 550 and is rough. Will be going to my local mechanic Saturday, so any advice would be great. Thanks for the help and for reading. Below are 2 links of me driving through town today.
