Unhappy HELP - Car not accelerating and not coding any issues

My car 2009 G37x has been randomly not accelerating. I have had it to the dealer twice and been told they cannot recreate the issue 😩😩 The first visit they recommended a fuel injector service that I agreed to but that was just a routine mtc recommendation and not an actual fix since they could not recreate the issue I had while driving. The morning before I was headed to the dealer for the service it started again and would not accelerate past 20. I was able to make it home slowly and park it but had it towed to the dealer (because I did not want to mess anything major up-but I bet if I had it would have driven fine) to only be told they still could not recreate the issue.

Here's what I know:
  1. Car runs fine and only has the issue intermittently
  2. I smell gas Oder outside the vehicle when this happens but there are no leaks
  3. Car is not jerking when trying to accelerate...it's just will not go past 20 and at times 40
  4. Car is not giving a code when hooked up to diagnostic
  5. I have not done fuel service yet because dealer now wants to recreate the issue but cannot
If anyone has any ideas or maybe even know of a known issue in the G37x I would truly appreciate your expertise!

Possibly a vacuum leak. When I had another car with a vacuum leak, it lost a lot of power and shook.

Another thought, bad coils, perhaps oil got past the spark plugs, had that happen one.

Third, the dreaded rear valve issue.

Check if you have bad gas, or put a fuel pressure gauge on it and check fuel pressure while the car is acting up. Issues with fuel or fuel pressure may not set DTCs
