Rattling noise from underneath

Can anyone help. I have a rattling noise coming from underneath the car. I haven't lost any power. Here is a vid of the noise.

Sorry I'm still new here. Not sure how to upload vids.

Well after reading some more post I'm going to see if the heat shield is cracked. If anyone else has any ideas that would be great.

I didn't watch your video but there's a TSB about shattered catalyst support than can cause rattling.

I will look into it. I'm changing the brakes today so I'll be able to check it out better when it's jacked up.

So after getting under the car I've come to the possibility that it is a bad cat. While the car was running heard a rattling noise from driver side cat area. After pounding on the cat it would stop for a second but the come right back. I live in California and I know high flow cats won't pass smog. Any ideas if I should just upgrade both of or just stick with replacing the one?

If you have less that 100k miles on the car, I think it should be covered under warranty. Or is it 75k miles?

I got it from carmax. I have the power train warranty but I'm not sure if cats are covered. Will look into it when I get home.

Manufacturers have to warranty the emissions system for 75k miles. EPA requirement.
