Angry No start in misty weather

I have experienced two situations on my G37 where the engine cranks but does not fire.
They are about a year appart but during similar weather conditions. Both times it has been a light rain for several days.
During the one last year, the car was towed to a dealer and he got it started by resetting the computer(or so he claims). I proceded to have him clean out the throttle body and add a fuel injector treatment as a precautionary measure.
Just recently the same thing happens. Cranks but does not start. Same weather conditions.
Had it towed to a shop. No codes are present as measured with an OBD II.
The battery was down from trying to start it so many times prior, so he put a charger on it. Tried again and started as normal. Hasn't failed since.
What can cause this problem? Any thoughts?

You need the following when cranking the engine for it to start.

1- Spark Have you tested/checked for that?

2 If yes for #1 then check for fuel

3- If #1 and #2 are present check for air

Follow the troubleshooting steps in the FSM

Good luck
