Present for Mom (EX35 Detail)
Made mom happy and prepped her EX35 for winter.
Wash, clay, minor correction on some scrapes and scratches, topped with Collinite 845 for the winter. The plastic trim had chalky white residue on it so i scrubbed it with rubbing alcohol until it all came out and coated it with 303 aerospace protectant. The new Pirelli's were done with Duragloss rubber dressing (went over the trim again with that since I decided I wanted a little more shine on the exterior trim than the 303 provided). Interior vacuumed, wiped with 303 (all weather stripping as well) and Meg's leather conditioner on the seats. Gonna get her a chrome Mt Fuji for that front LP bracket.

Great job on the car! My G37 coupe is the same color and it does well with Collinite. I also agree with your choice using 303 - great stuff.
Take this detailing to the NEXT level and do this: Wash, Clay, Menzerna PL and then Collinite on top of Menzerna.
Do some research on Menzerna and you'll be impressed.
I waxed my daughters Corolla, half with Menzerna PL and half with Collinite. I love Collinite but after 2-3 months and sitting outside at college, there was a NOTICEABLE difference on her car between the 2 coatings. Menzerna has incredible longevity (6 months) whereas Collinite has very good longevity (~3 months). Menzerna had beading on the paint and you could see a distinct line where the 2 products were separated.

On my own car i usually do the extra step of a sealant under wax. I'm currently using up a bottle of Pinnacle XMT 360 for that purpose. I think i'm going to go back to my tried and true Klasse AIO though. Menzerna makes great stuff, but it is really quite expensive
With good prep I generally get 4-5 months out of the Collinite though. Duragloss Aquawax when drying the car after a wash tends to extend things quite a bit. Actually, I've been thinking of trying their no-rinse w/ aquawax when i'm out of my current batch of Optimum
