So after having the VQ35HR plenum AKA the M370 for some that don't know
I have decided to take it off and go in a different direction.
I have been running the Stock plenum for sometime that I have lightly modified a few months ago.
Yesterday I decided to take it off and go back to stock and really dig in on the one I started modifying. I have about a good 6 hours of work in to this thing.First I start with a dremel to remove a lot of plastic spent a good 2 hours on it.
next step was hand sanding with 60 grit another good hour and then finishing up with 120.. while I am not done I figure I would post of some pics..
I should have it where I want it to be this weekend.
then you know whats next DYNO time..
im going to do a pull with the stock one and then my modified one to see how much power if any it will make..
im not sure if im going to Dyno it here in vegas or wait till October and take it to Seb in Chatsworth where I always go..

No updates till October soonest I can make it down to LA to redyno..

 

any chance you have already or will do a dyno pull with the M370 as well for comparison? I would be interested.

 

when i got tuned i had the M370 on there..i have no plans of ever using it again as i would rather have hp up top than the TQ


i will be in LA this Saturday doing a ROM dump to switch over to ECUTEK..
if my tuner has the time i can see if he will do a dyno run since im running my ported plenum now..
it would be alittle over 2 years apart for the dyno comparison between the 2 but since i never plan on putting the M370 back on it will be as good as it gets.
