Have you reset the tranny software? Your tranny is adaptive, so it might be shifting like a grandma based on prior history of the prior driver.

Easy way is to leave the negative battery terminal disconnected for like 5 minutes then reconnect.

Then your starting at zero.

Also, take your car to the dealer and have them check to make sure you're running the latest TCM module firmware. There are some very extensive threads on the forum about this issue, as well as shift issues in general. Infiniti is updating the TCM software on a pretty regular basis. I've had mine updated at least 3 times.

Well guys thanks a lot, i think I fix my transmission lagging issue. Here is what I did disconnected the battery, clean the throttle body, I didn't even take it off I just open the flap and clean it as much as I could, also I replace the air filters that was a little dirty, after I clean the throttle body I turn the ignition to the on position with the car off and I press the gas peddle all the way down and release, then I went about half way after that I went out and drive the car and right a way I felt a difference, the throttle is more responsive the car is more fun to drive now than before. Now let me say this I don't know which one of those things i did help but it work for me you guys should try these thing and see if it will help those who are having lagging issue.
