Also I could go for a year without it and one day it comes back, it's weird.
Oh i know exactly what it is- they go out in 6th gear pretty often on these cars. Many members have had success having their tranny replaced under warranty for it. That would be the time to pay for a new clutch, the warranty will cover everything else.

I'm out of warranty on 2008 and it doesn't seem to be a frequent occurance, could be only when it's cold out, I'll try to pay more attention to see when it happens in the future. Also I have a relatively new OS Giken clutch.

How do you like the clutch so far? I just recently had my 60k service and had new fluid put in- doesn't seem to be any better.

OS Giken is great for track and for launching the car but is less than optimal for day to day driving. Very heavy pedal, not as easy to engage as OEM, more vibration and chatter.

I don't plan to do any crazy mods so i'd be fine with an OEM replacement. With just over 38K and an easy 20 mile highway commute I should not have any issues right now. But I will have to keep an eye on things. I appreciate all the suggestions fellas!
