From: Framingham Ma,
Motion Lab has been great and I have been working with them for a month or so now and on my 3rd file from them. Maybe I miss explained it but this was my choice And choice only , Todd ( tuner) only wanted a 3rd gear and 4th gear run to get everything dialed in. but me being a bit over board wanted to get two runs on each an I had a small mishap making a 3rd gear hw pull and didn't want to risk it again.( police ) the dyno was "only " to get my runs in but was more trouble thank it was worth . I have a usual place I go for this if need be too but they are booked till mid oct .

I paid 100$ for the 4 pulls better than the 400$ I would be staring in the face tho

I went to Granite State Dyno in Hudson NH, they charged $80 for 3 pulls and have an AWD dyno as well. I have seen a few posts about Kaizen Tuning but haven't checked them out yet. They have a Dyno Dynamics AWD dyno - I'm told that is the heartbreak dyno and will give you a lower number than most other dynos.

All that really matters is if the modification increased your baseline or if you are tuning it, I wouldn't worry about the end number.

From: Framingham Ma,
Runs,

With a huge grain of salt machine was calibrated for a AWD ( Light Blinking) NO RPM signal? Didn't realize that till today as I'm going over the nightmare again and I was in the car the whole time logging and worrying about the light blinking :/ ..

Reason also the RMPs are on the right side of the sheet ?

FN place man, PO'd at myself!

Not bad numbers at all for a mustang dyno man! and awd should lose more than 15% by the time you get it to the ground

From: Framingham Ma,
Yea I know all are set different but the normal place I go " Local heart Breaker" my coupe AWD made 300 WHP only difference was I had Takeda cold air on the coupe I'm running stock boxes with Z1 tunes and drop ins. I was expecting 280's-290 WHP not 260 :/
An the AWD loses as much as the RWD. I did a back to back dyno with a RWD G and he made only 10 more WHP than I did ( Manual car)

I hadn't read this thread till today. TheShopCT in Norwalk has SO much dyno experience with all brands. It's worth the extra miles for the honest eval and tuning tweeks (if you need).

There are no one better at this than Jimmy, Kenny and Mike Botti, all at this shop. Good luck.

From: Framingham Ma,
I know I'm kicking myself for not going there, I remember asking you before about them. When my SC was having issue I was going to tow it to them from Boston! On a side note I have a apt at my usual place in MA for Oct 4th @9am. If I ever need my tune touched or looked at I will be using Jimmy and the guys for sure! No questions asked!
