Slow Throttle Response

Is there anything I can do to improve throttle response without tuning?

Get standard light weight pulley from stillen. I have 6MT and I notice big difference but I'm also tuned. It should help on AT a little bit. Also get grounding kits that should help a bit.

I cleaned the throttle bodies and added a grounding kit and it changed things dramatically

+1 on the grounding kit. made a very noticeable differance in shifting.

I also got a hypertech tuner from a member on here after the grounding kit which helped with throttle response also. I only have cataback exhaust and drop in afe filters.

OP, have you had the ITB12-027 7AT fix yet? Scope out the forum TSB section.

Before I had the upgrade, my ride was a dog off of the line – severe throttle lag and it had slow response when I punched it.

Since, it is like driving another car.

I just got my car back from routine maintenance and they did a ECM update and reset my TCM. It drives like a new car.... much better than the Q50 they gave for me to drive.
