Hello,everybody, soon , i want to buy a software from Uprev ,
but i do not know this Support MatriX , otherwise , i can not open this link . can you tell me , waht is that mean? "supported ROM on our Support Matrix"


“Osiris Tuner – For the do it yourself types who are familiar and capable of tuning their own vehicle. If you do not have experience tuning and your vehicle is naturally aspirated Osiris Standard is what you will want to purchase. There is no tech support for Osiris Tuner in regards to tuning. Before placing your order, please verify that you have a supported ROM on our Support Matrix. If you find that your ROM is not supported, we will need a ROM dump in order to patch it. There is no charge to patch a Core Model, if you have a Non Core Model there is a $200 charge to patch the ROM.





Core Models – 350Z, 370Z, Titan, Armada, G35, G37, Frontier, Juke, Patrol, Q50 and Q60.”

 

There's multiple versions of factory ECUs. UpRev supports most, but if your ECU is not on their list of supported units, you'll need to do a data dump and send it off to UpRev so they can incorporate it into their ECU matrix of code.
