I can not decide it is not driven everyday it proabably gets around 45 miles per week added to it I need some help on whichwill perform better and last longer!

What are your plans with it? With only 8k, that wont be enough for everything. A typical TT kit will run you about that price then you gotta get supporting mods along with the kit too. Same for the SC kit you'll need supporting mods also. Supporting mods can vary from oil cooler, gauges, clutch/flywheel, tranny upgrade, tranny cooler if auto. Then with all that power you would need to think about getting better suspension with better tires.

But to answer the op's question, if you want to be daily driven and not expecting massive hp gain, I think Stillen Super Charger may be safer bet. I don't know how much it cost though, but you have to consider additional cost for tuning, and be prepare to have a 2nd car in case it's in the shop, etc.
