Adding paddles

i did a little searching couldnt turn up anything so i pose the question...

can you add paddle shifters with oem infinity parts to the car if it has a 7at? do i need to check for wires or would a 2010 g coupe come pre wired do you think?
has anyone done this on the forums? any helpful threads to look into?
