Recently had Infiniti replaced my CSC at 38k mi under CPO SMH. It's fairly known problem with us MT, and only way to around this problem is to replace it with Zspeed HD CSC like BB mentioned /thread

Ive been having issues with my clutch as well. I took it in last week and they performed the service bulletin and replaced the fluid. That didn't make any difference so took it in again and they said they could not duplicate my issue since it only seems to happen after the car has sat for a few days. So they said they called "Tech" and infiniti told them to replace the master cylinder, the slave cylinder and all the hydraulic lines just to be safe. So hopefully that fixes my issue.
