My guess, wrong type of fluid added to clutch system = seals melted? But, the fluid would have been flushed and replaced with slave r&r? Has the work all been done by the same dealer?

dont think lemon law exists in canada? But if it does, I would definitely go for it. Either dealership is doing something wrong or you have a lemon.

Not true, the car is Japanese.
You are in Canada, do you have Lemon Laws in Canada? Thats what we are trying to ascertain.

Im a little confused on what exactly you are replacing. Is it the clutch master cylinder, the concentric slave cylinder, or both parts? If it's the CSC, try replacing it with the Z Speed Performance heavy duty CSC and an aftermarket clutch and flywheel.

Replacing anything 4 times in 55K miles is odd. I have to ask, are you proficient at driving a manual transmission?

the dealerships have replaced the clutch operating cylinder assembly 4 times since the car was purchased and there have been over 26 warranty claims on this car ranging from small clips to a whole tranny overhaul which was done at 19k miles

Well I had to replace my slave cylinder twice under 57k and it going back this Monday to replace it again... I've been driving manual for over 20 years and never had a problem with any 240sx,300zx,350z.
