JWT POP Charger

Hey guys, I need the opinion of someone who has installed the JWT pop charger intake on a 09 G37 Coup. I just purchased and installed these intakes and I noticed that the passenger side sits a bit higher than the driver side. Is this customary? I'm a bit worried about air intake on the passenger.

Thanks
