Christian, with all due respect, I am sure that your motor is tuned for that amount of boost.

Soo what is the max psi people are holding with stock internals?

It sounds like people are running up to 15psi, but if thats on stock internals or not I am not sure.

Anyone know?

I don't think anyone here has a stock block motor set to 15psi. You only need about half of that anyways because it becomes a challenge to hook up the rear tires.

Yes but with AWD its not too difficult, I just dont want to blow anything apart on my car and I was wondering how high I could boost mine SC up too.

Saying a motor can handle X amount of PSI makes no sense. It's only a measurement of back pressure. Torque breaks your tranny, not boost. Boost won't even tell you how much power an engine makes. It's a number only relevant to your specific configuration. Go from stock exhaust to a full CBE, boost pressure drops, but power per psi will increase because efficiency improved. With a 7AT transmission I wouldn't run 300lbft without strengthening it.

Quality construction does not equate to quality design. This is a pretty basic concept that you are seemingly dismissing. The bad design of the FI unit made of ultra premium quality parts impacts the ability of the tuner to tune the engine properly without causing residual and detrimental impacts on the engines reliability.

All FI degrades the engine faster than the original NA designed engine normally would. Bad designed FI systems will degrade the engine faster and are more likely to have catastrophic errors occur during its lifetime.

I find it hard to believe that someone at Stillen said that. They have always been over priced and maybe not the best, but never had I heard such blatant nonsense come from anyone associated with them as that.

On the way back from a hard run had a little poof of smoke come out the back and then the blower sounded very loud... still worked but sounded really loud... so I sent it in to stillen and they are fixing it for free which is nice!
