g37s Transmission Rreverse Problem

my friend found a 2008 G37S the car is clean and he's interesting in buying the car, there are no mechanical problems except one!

when he put the gear in R, the car go reverse but very slow, its like the car feels heavy! the D is working fine and the transmission shifting smoothly!

do you think that this is a big issue, or its a minor problem. maybe need to change some sensor or something!!

any advice?

Buy it anyways and take in for service, should be covered under warranty!

Negotiate the price due to that issue and then claim warranty. Or demand that the issue is fixed if they want him to buy the car. Remember the buyer has the power, always.

if the car is not under warranty Then you need to have it fixed before you buy. Those transmissions are about 10 grand.
