G37 and oil consumption

I tried to find from what until what year 350z,370z,G35,G37 these cars have problems with oil consumption? I am thinking of buying a 2009 G37 S manual would this year's model have that problem? I tried to find out and wasn't able to. Let me know if anyone has any info regarding this, thanx.

The 3.7L for the most part does not burn oil but some may have VVEL chatter which is fixed by using ester oil. 09s have a lot less problems than the 08s it seems. Plus, you'd still have quite a bit of the warranty left if any unexpected issues arise. Good luck.
