Lighter flywheel will rev faster but you will feel more vibrations since OEM is a dull mass. Also if you use a 6 puck clutch get ready for a leg workout and relearning the clutch

I just went with the ZSpeed EZ street stage 1 kit with the 20lb flywheel and v2 CMAK. I boke it in and went for a 5000 mile road trip. It works well. A little stiffer than stock. A bit more clutch chatter. Overall I feel better engagements, more power put to the ground, lower rpm at cruising speeds, freer revs, and better traffic crwaling characteristics. I freaking love this thing in heavy stop and go traffic because i can keep a less than 1 car length spacing without much braking.

I’ve been having Act clutch kit for 3 years now. First time installed with 6 puck disc. A year later the stock clutch slave cylinder gave out. Replaced the clutch with full organic disc, turnt the pressure plate at a clutch shop/machine shop. Act flywheel was brand new so I didn’t need to cut. My mistake was to install a new oem clutch slave. Exactly a year later my master slave gave out. Replaced it and month later the oem clutch slave gave out again. I dropped the gearbox slapped a zspeed csc on and didn’t bother checking the clutch disc cause I’ve only used it for a year and I actually only drive about 7k miles a year. So I’m shocked I e been ya i g to drop the gearbox once a year. I’m hoping I don’t have to drop the gear box again until 2 years minimum. I need to put some insulation on the shifter cause man that thing sounds like a 2016 bmw diesel car rattling with luxury. My next step to use the redline my-90 hope it brings down the noise just a bit. The A/C on will definitely make it noisier.

I'm going with my 3 clutch now. South bend when really south. Now my ACT is burn out. Calling Jim at JM motorsports for any possible warentee if any. Wish me luck. Ps. All had been complete kit and i also upgraded the slave cylinder to elimination kit that seats outside the transmission witch had fail with my south bend kit before
South bend lasted about 2 years, ACT 7 months when 3rd and 4th gears were slipping.
