hi,
i have a 7AT g37s
im facing a small problem ( i hope )

driving my car on D mode.. once shifting to DS mode, it doesn't switch!
it stays on the D mode, so i tried to shift it manual shifting but the same!!!

closed my car for an hour started it again.. everything was normal

anyone faced the same problem?? or knows the reason??

please need ur help

 

There is another thread and alot of us including myself have same issue

 

It's basicaly a sensor so your trann is fine just have dealer fix it

a sensor is an easy issue.. i shouldn't be worried then.. i guess

 

My pleasure and Trust me I hate turning my car off too Just to use my s mode ... Lol easy fix though Godd luck with that ..

 

I had a thread on that a while back, it's no major issue. Just take it to the dealer and have that DS faulty sensor replaced.

Should be covered under warranty, no need to panic
