Hesitation In Reverse? (AT only)

Has anyone else experienced this and been able to get it fixed?

When I put the car in reverse to back out of my garage, I give the car gas and it hesitates, almost like it isn't getting gas. It feels like it is sputtering or choking. When it does this, it is on a cold start, where it has been sitting overnight. When I feel it happening, I give it gas, to try and kill it so that it will throw a code in the computer, but no luck. The sputtering/hesitation/choking usually corrects itself within 5-10 seconds, but is hella annoying.

I have had the dealership look at it a few times and they come back clueless.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this issue? The car is an 08 G37S 5AT, and has had premium fuel used in it since purchase, so gas is not an issue. (I don't need the lecture about how I should have bought a 6MT-Thanks.)

Thanks in advance for any help!

UPDATE-

My G is currently at the dealership getting its possessed window fixed, and I had them look at the hesitation issue. The first couple of days they said they couldn't duplicate it and thought i was crazy. Well, today I get a call telling me that the window is done and that when the tech went out to bring the car into the building, it hesitated big time. They hooked some equipment up to it and found out that it was losing fuel pressure, so they ordered new fuel injectors for the car. I personally think that if it were losing fuel pressure, that it would need a fuel pump, but what do I know... Hopefully it fixes the issue.

I have a 2008 G37S that has the same issue. Sometimes it will not go forward after backing out in reverse and shifting into D. This occasionally happens in DS when manually downshifting to 1.

I personally think it is an AT issue, not engine or fuel system issue. There is an service bulletin ITB10-006a that might address this.

Update: This happened again on July 13 while backing out of driveway and shifting into D. When it happened the Intelligent Key warning light illuminated.
