Did you decide to go with the CAMP2 for gauges? Did GTM figure out a way of displaying AFR without using an F-CON?

I actually have a different plan for gauges. As you noted, CAMP2 wont be able to display AFR without F-CON. I have something special planned for gauges and will work on it after the turbos are installed.
I have the fast intentions 2.5" catback with berk HFCs right now. I'm going to use that to get the car running and then pick up some test pipes from GTM. I'm still kind of hesitant to run test pipes in CA. The laws are just too strict. What's your experience been Terry?

The oil feed is coming from the oil distributor near the oil filter.
I once unintentionally stopped next to a police car while at a signal which needless to say made me a little nervous. The officer either didn't notice or he didn't care. From the side, the smell is not so noticeable. I guess I'm also a little more stealth though with 4 doors so I am less likely to get hassled like the coupe guys.
On the other hand, I've cruised with other forum members who have followed me and they've told me my exhaust REALLY stinks.
From the INSIDE of the car, I can drive with the windows down with no issues. None of my passengers have ever complained.
I've heard that HFC's normally do not last very long on FI applications before clogging, but it all depends on the tune. But I'd sure like to see how your HFCs work out though. Maybe I'll stop by one of these days to see how your install is going.
