We havent fully closed the hood, and verified clearance once the engine is under heavy load, but so far it fits even with the spacers.

Update:

After taking a few days to make my decision I decided to throw on my old exhaust and wait for sam to make one and just have it shipped to my house. Wont be hard to install and it will be alot more conviniant since im so ready to get my car on the dyno to get numbers!!!

But without further adu, we all know what time it is. PICTURES!!!!!!!DOMO

Its hard to look at but my old exhaust looks like sh@t. It was the borla exhaust with factory cats was good for a quick bolt on : / But Forged did a great job modifying the exhaust to fit.

And not for the terrible picture. *wear is from rain, snow, hard driving, and of course the road trip to georgia*

The car should be going on the dyno very soon. stay tuned

Hi everyone, my appologies for the delay, as we wanted to make sure the flash was 100% before attempting to install it on the ECU. Happy to report the ECU flash is complete, fluids are purged, and we are ready for the dyno.

The dyno should be complete by Monday, and I will post the results! This turnout to be a really neat project, and lots more pics are coming soon!

Seems like the G37 coupe kits have the BOV's in the engine way. The HR kit, and the G37 sedan kit had them on the intercooler outlet pipes. No functional differences.
Nah, I have the BOV behind the bumper in my G37 Coupe. The location is dependent on your preference. GTM can place it at either location. For me, I wanted the install to be as stealthy as possible. If you get pulled over in CA with giant BOV sticking out like that, it's game over. So I went with behind the bumper.

Will that affect the way it sounds? I hear the closer they are to the TB's the better their performance

All done on the dyno for now. 450whp@7psi through the small Borla exhaust. We're going to hold off on more power until the exhaust is upgraded down the road. This thing sounds like an animal with the open dumps. Truly frightenting when the WG's open up!

We've got a 2009 G37 TT that's about ready for the dyno! Lots of great builds coming out of the shop this week!

for only 7 psi that is good and very safe power. 400lbs of torque is nice too lol. Can't wait to boost again.

Its hard to get the true numbers when the exhaust is not on and my tune is conservative. My overall power goal was 550whp and im sure ill be able to hit that when i get the exhaust and turn the boost up. as of right now I have a 8 hour drive back home with the vehicle and didnt want to put so much pressure on the motor for the big trip ahead. So far im happy with the results of the install and hopefully ill be able to hit my power goal.

Sharif should have videos and pictures of my dyno pulls and my new rims cant wait to actually drive this beast and see what it can do!

550whp would be easily attainable once you upgrade to the 3 inch exhaust. Christian is running his twin turbo setup at like 8-9psi and his puts down 530whp that's daily driven, it's ridiculous lol.
