My windows won't go up after reconnecting the battery

So I installed my Stillen Gen 3 intake today with a few friends and man does it sound hawt!

My problem occurred after reconnecting the battery. My windows won't go up automatically anymore. Now when the window goes down a little when opening the door, it doesn't go back up. So if I keep opening and closing the door it just keeps going down further and further.

Has anyone exerienced this before? Any info will help.

Start your car. Push and hold the window buttons down...let them roll all the way down and keep them pressed down for 15 seconds. Now push the button to allow them to come up all the way and continue to hold the buttons up for another 15 seconds. That should do it but if you continue to have problems, contact the dealer! Good luck!!

Hahah!! I just experienced this over the weekend. I took the cover off and connected the battery. After getting in and out of the car a few times the drives side window was half way down since it automatically went down when I opened the door, but never went back up. Did not even realize until it was half way down. Luckily I was taking the covers off and prepping to go to the dealer for the first oil change of the season. They fixed it but told me I could not do this myself! Why would they lie when it is so easy of a fix?

LOL - glad I know what to do next year!

Thanks for the clear up Sam

Yeah, after I installed the intake I put my windows down to hear it and after driving it around when I wanted to put them up I tapped the buttons and they didn't move. I sat there stairing at them for a while thinking wtf is going on here?

The dealership doesn't want you to know the little easy steps to fix things so you must take it into them and they can make their money

That **** happened to me too. Keep your owners manual handy, it helped me with this same problem.
