Okay, I just got my car home from the shop after getting my wheels powdercoated (they look great by the way, will post pics tomorrow in the daylight). I cant figure out why it died. Although, I was able to be jumped and I got home. After I turned off the car, I tried starting it again and it started. So I turned it off. I tried starting it again and it wouldnt start.

Also, my windows are jacked up now bc they wont roll up by themselves and when I enter/exit the car, the window will roll all the way down and wont roll back up until you turn on the car. WTF?!!!

I am going to the dealership tomorrow to have it fixed. Whatever it may be.

So I got my car back from the dealer and they said nothing was wrong with the battery or any extra draw. Hopefully it never happens again. They were also able to re-program my windows.

FYI, I searched and found this thread because my wife's battery was dead. It's been sitting in the garage for 2 or so months not having been started so I kind of expected it. Anyway, I put it on a battery tender and charged it up and started it but had the issue with the windows going down. I tried the reset and it worked. FYI for anyone who might come across this in the future, the car has to be on accessory and you have to use both buttons down for 15 seconds and then up for 15 seconds. Not sure if it requires both buttons but that's what worked for me.

I just upgraded my battery to an Optima yellow top and couldn't be happier. No more slow cranking on cold mornings. Incredible power and a great price at Amazon.com.

Try to leave it for 2-3 day without starting the car. You'll see it won't work.
