In my limited experience, The AWD will kick in and pull you out. It will let you slide a bit, but while the switch turns off traction control and stability control, the electronic torque split from the attesa system is still active and will divert power from the slipping wheels. So yeah, you can get a little loose, but you're not gonna be doing any smokey ***-out drifting.

So I just don't know how it will react when I push it hard into a corner and I don't want to find out the expensive way. Thanks for the answer, I will have to just go test it on a big open lot, so I can know how it will react under aggressive driving.

Yeah, I'd do it somewhere where there is nothing to crash into. Honestly, I'd leave VDC on anywhere other than the track. Roads aren't designed for performance driving. Off-camber grades, potholes, slick spots can all send you into a bad spot quick. The VDC on this car isn't tremendously obtrusive. You can still have a lot of fun with it on and when you screw up it will make you look like a hero.

I agree, I leave my VDC on 99% of the time, but sometimes I like to get it a little loose around turns like it did with my G35 with it's VDC off.

I think you'll find the VSC on the G37 isn't as much of a downer when it kicks in. My previus car would pull so much power it was like it was scolding you for driving like an *******. The G37 still lets you slide around a bit, but keeps you from looking foolish
