Question Engine Tapping Noise

I was adjusting my JWTs and went to start up the G and heard a tapping/clicking noise coming from the passenger side of the engine. This was when the engine was cold after sitting a few hours. Once the engine heated up , the noise went away. Anyone experience this noise before, anything I need to worry about? Thanks.

Searching the forums, I found that people noticed tapping noises on the driver's side. I let the car cool down for a few hours, and when I started it, the tapping noise came back and it is distinctly on the left side. Could it be something contracting and expanding?

The noise coming from the passenger's side not the driver's side.

I took out the JWTs this morning and put the stock intakes back in. The sound still occurred, but not as loud or as long as with the JWTs. When I put the JWTs back in, the sound was instantly there and was loud, until the engine heated up. Any suggestions?
