15,000miles/12 month service needed?

So I've had my G37 for just about a year and it has a lil over 14000 miles on it and I'm a few miles overdue for an oil change. The dealership wants $265 for the standard and $365 for the premium service. Looking at the website for the recommended services, it doesn't seem like they actually do much except inspect a whole buncha things.

Do you guys recommend me doing the service or just go in for a oil change? This is not a lease car, I bought it and plan on owning it for a very long time.

SAve your money, the deler does a lot of CHECKING, but not so much changing any parts etc.

get the list of waht is done at that service & have a trusted mech. handle it for A LOT LESS MONEY.

Anyone know Infiniti's warranty policy on cars not serviced at one of their dealerships?

Thats another problem. Where, in these days, can you still find a trusted mech?

Sigh. You NEVER have to get routine maintenance done at the dealership on any make of car for the sake of the warranty.
